**Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy** 

We operate on an appointment-only basis. 

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance; however, cancellations within 24 hours may incur a payment charge. No-show appointments will be charged the full price, except in unforeseen circumstances. 

 

**Canine Therapy Room Guidelines** 

Clients must be 18 years or older to make an appointment. 

Only one person accompanying their dog is allowed in the therapy room.

Please ensure your dog has the opportunity to relieve itself before arrival, as this helps prevent agitation and restlessness during the Reiki session. We want animals to benefit completely from our sessions.

All dogs must be on a lead and be greeted at the entrance. 

Hygiene is of the upmost importance; please prevent male dogs from ‘marking’ on the premises causing a distraction for other animal clients. We would prefer that all dogs are up to date with vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.  

 

Please be mindful of the other dogs living at the premises and help us maintain a calm environment.

We are pleased to inform our visitors that car parking spaces are available directly opposite our premises.
